Description: The report provides executive information on the Resource Center of Moldovan Human Rights NGOs activities for the period of year 2003. In the course of first half of 2003, CReDO has established itself as a professional organization with distinguished unique services on developing the action capacities and nonprofit management that have gained its national reputation. The first half of 2003 has also been an important as CReDO has implementing its Strategic Plan for 2003-2006. The report is organized in several chapters to outline main activities along the new Strategic Plan: 2003-2006 of the organization: organizational development, including staff and board development, NGO Development program, Informational Center program, Action and Advocacy Education program and Partnership Development program. The Report has been subject of audit by E&Y-Moldova.
