Conclusions:

1. Meetings declared "Action 2012" (Academy of Opera and Ballet Theater for Square) and the Party "Patriots of Moldova" (PMAN) have met the statutory notice period and procedure [s] declared goals pursued by the two assemblies are legal and not breach of Article 8. the Law on Assemblies [ii] and therefore no grounds for banning them;

We're sorry inadequate exposure of politicians for the purpose of restricting and prohibiting peaceful assemblies with disturbing messages to certain categories of people - call the restriction inconsistent art. 11 of the European Convention on Human Rights and the Law on Assemblies;

We're sorry Socialist legislative initiative to ban peaceful public assemblies aimed at exposing political and constitutional opinion, we welcome the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of 10.09.2012 which reject legislative initiative Socialist Party,

We're sorry presence in public space and virtual calling and exposure of PSD related characters, but not limited to violent and undemocratic growers regarding peaceful assemblies, calling to prevent peaceful assemblies uncomfortable expressing their views, while using the falsely cloak of national interests,


5.
Message and Ethnic Festival participants were not able to affect in any way the conduct of the other two meetings; welcome change the date of the Ethnic Festival on 09/15/2012 (announced on 9/12/2012)


6. The Court of Appeal decided to find acceptance transaction reconciliation Action 2012 and the Chisinau City Hall to change and to prohibit their movement blv. We welcome reasonable and appropriate actions, performed professionally until that moment, the Ministry of Interior, namely the Police Department to promote the right to free assembly to european standards,

We welcome the constructive engagement and search of practical solutions for civil servants, officials from Chisinau municipality to facilitate peaceful public assemblies.
