This summary document is developed based on contributions from over 300 people directly consulted the regional consultations held in November and December 2012. Direct consultations were held in Balti, Chisinau, Comrat and Cahul, including representatives from the region of Transnistria.
 
In addition, the draft document was widely disseminated via electronic page on facebook. This page contains analysis of the current situation analysis that takes the thesis contains information relevant good practice from other countries and jurisdictions, contains several discussions on the topics addressed in the draft strategy.
