CReDO is an organization providing consultancy in public policies, human rights, and the social field. We offer development of policies and policy alternatives, formulation of tools for the implementation of policies, and development of capacities of their implementation.

CReDO provides modern methods of qualitative and quantitative evaluation of policies, identification of best practices and successful programs that can be adopted and implemented in Moldova, taking into consideration the example set by experienced countries.

We offer expertise and experience in strategic planning in the public and private sectors.

An important aspect in the activity of CReDO is the development of administrative capacities in the implementation of policies. In this context we provide consultancy regarding the managerial and institutional capacity building. The educational programs and trainings offered by CReDO combine academic excellence and practical and pragmatic experience in the realization of objectives.

CReDO has produced dozens of policy analyses. Its beneficiaries include the Government of Moldova and various other institutions and organizations.
